It's definitely one of the best burgers in the Greenpoint / Williamsburg area, and the hot fries are fantastic. After I ordered for delivery, a Moonburger employee called me to inquire if I had received my order. It turned out that the delivery driver who came to pick up my food ended up not confirming the order and stole it. Moonburger remade my order and sent it out again. Very good customer service. ”
